I have two school aged children who both attend the local primary school. I love to travel, experience new cultures and spending time with my family.
Vice-Chair, Cllr Janet Rogers
A relatively new Parish Councillor, I’ve lived in Rockland St Mary for almost 4 years and found the village to be extremely welcoming to newcomers. My interests are gardening, crafting, walking, birdwatching, and exploring the area with Rosie my King Charles Cavalier.
There is no shortage of things to do in the village and I am looking forward to supporting the community in any way that I can.

I've lived in Rockland St Mary for almost 10 years and been a Parish Councillor since 2020. I am a full time Civil Engineer and work on maintaining the flood defences around the Broads and/or designing new defences in the East of England, amongst other things. I love walking, gardening and bird watching. I'm also just starting to develop a plot on the allotments, so can regularly be found pottering around it.

I have lived in the village for 3 year and have been a parish councillor for almost a year. I am a residential property developer specialising in new build housing. When my time is not taken up by children or work, you can either find me walking the dog through the village, on the golf course or pottering around the garden
Cllr Juliette Harkin
Juliette joined the Parish Council in February 2023. After a long career in media, international development and then university teaching, Juliette took up gardening and studied for her RHS Level 2 Horticulture qualifications. Most recently she has worked at Norfolk County Council on a major sustainable tourism project for the county. Since moving to the village in October 2021, she is keen to make a positive contribution for residents.

Happily resident in the village with my wife and family dog, for the last five years now. I'm a chartered certified accountant with senior leadership experience in both the private and public sectors. I'm keen to help maintain the rural nature of our village for the benefit of our residents. I have a particular interest in local history and archaeology and wish to record and preserve our heritage for future generations.
Charlotte Rust, Parish Clerk
I moved up to Norfolk 9 years ago from the Southeast. I worked in the Gas and Oil industry until 2019 when I left to look after my two children and have been working in my local convenience store since then. Ready for a new challenge I was appointed Parish Clerk in September 2022, which I am very much enjoying, and no week is the same.
I live in Poringland with my husband and two young children and enjoying reading, cross-stitch and yoga with any free time I can get.
